Never Waste Weed Again - Make Great Tasting Perfectly Dosed Cannabis Edibles Every Time
Learn how to make edibles for long lasting relief from pain, insomnia, anxiety, nausea, and a whole lot more, even if you have never cooked with cannabis before or have gotten less than perfect results in the past.
The Elephant in the Cannabis Kitchen
There is a single BIG, over-reaching problem that virtually EVEYONE who tries to learn to cook with cannabis has to overcome and it is this:
There is a lot of conflicting, misleading, and downright inaccurate information about cooking with marijuana floating around on the internet and in the press. And bad information can cost you big time!
Bad information can cost you money in wasted weed and other ingredients. Bad information can cost you in wasted time spent making ineffective edibles. And bad information can undermine your confidence that it is even possible to get consistent, predictable results with edible cannabis. (Spoiler alert – it is!) But if all you are trying to do is learn how to make an edible, bad information can cause you to give up before even taking off.
For instance, one of my blog readers had to toss a big batch of marijuana oil in the trash because she had gotten the bad advice elsewhere on the internet of adding water and lecithin while infusing. The lecithin bound the fat to the water and she ended up with an unusable mess.
Another used temperatures that were way too high and ended up with nasty tasting brown butter that had almost ZERO potency.
Sometimes even information from credible sources can still end up biting you in the butt if it isn’t the right the information for you. This happened to one of my You Tube viewers who, on the recommendation of a famous cannachef, spent $500 on a marijuana cooking gadget that he not only did NOT need, it was not even capable of making the strong infusions his health conditions required. Turns out he would have been far better off just using the slow cooker he already owned.
And I have long lost count of all the bad advice about cannabis people have gotten from their friends. Unless your friends are cannabis professionals, or have decades of experience, the advice you get from your friends about edible marijuana is likely to be about as accurate as the advice you got from them about sex back in junior high school.
This happened to me when I first started learning. I got some VERY BAD dosing advice from the friend of a friend that resulted in a group of buddies sleeping through an entire 3-day music festival. Some of them still won’t touch edibles to this day!
If you ever hope to master cannabis cooking it is absolutely essential that you get in the kitchen and try your hand at making edibles BUT (and this but is so big you might as well name it Kim Kardashian), you would do yourself a HUGE favor by learning some of the basic principles of cannabis cooking first.
Doing so WILL save you both time and money as well as build your confidence about how edible cannabis can improve your life.
And edible marijuana CAN can be life changing and it offers some BIG advantages of over other ingestion methods including:
- Longer lasting – While it takes longer for you to feel the effects of marijuana edibles, they also tend to last longer. This is especially good news if you are dealing with conditions like pain, insomnia, anxiety, and more.
- Economical – Because you do not need to cook with expensive top shelf cannabis, and because the effects last so long, cannabis edibles are one of (if not THE) most economical ways to take marijuana.
- Discreet – NOBODY need know the food you are eating is infused with cannabis except you.
- Highly Customizable and Adaptable – You can add cannabis to most ANY food, not just cookies, brownies, and gummies, so you can medicate and eat the foods you like or that your dietary needs require.
- Consistent and measurable dosing -- When you make your own weed edibles you can always be assured of getting the exact dose that you specifically need, time after time.
- Make foods with edible THC, edible CBD, or a full spectrum combination of full plant medicine (most recommended).
Learning to cook with cannabis is not difficult but there are some important rules and principles that MUST be learned and adhered to if you ever hope to have success with it. But with so much conflicting and bad information out there how can you learn without making costly mistakes along the way?

About The Instructor,
Cheri Sicard was a published, professional writer and food editor when she first got interested in cannabis. At the same time she had just sold her award winning food and travel websites to SheKnows media and found herself between businesses. That fortuitous timing allowed her the luxury of immersing herself in the topic of marijuana and edibles.
Fast forward 20 years and cannabis became Cheri’s livelihood. Her website CannabisCheri.com has become a hub of credible cannabis information and recipes, and she has written three books about the subject, so far.
"Mary Jane: The Complete Marijuana Handbook for Women," released in 2015, is a great general guide to marijuana and the cannabis lifestyle that has helped scores of women come out of the cannabis closet.
Her 2012 "Cannabis Gourmet Cookbook" (Z-Dog Media) and 2018's "The Easy Cannabis Cookbook," which was released to both public and critical acclaim, have made Cheri one of the world’s most popular marijuana food writers.
Cheri has also turned thousands of home consumers into competent cannabis cooks via her live and online marijuana cooking classes.
Cheri's cannabis articles can be found in High Times, Kitchen Toke, Civilized, Cannabis Now, Culture, Herb, Freedom Leaf, and many more.
Here’s what people are saying about the course instructor
Cheri, first let me say You are My Idol!!!!
I am not a Newbie but I have lots to learn and your Cannademy is teaching me so much!
Cheri is outstanding when it comes to putting together info and recipes to learn.
Cheri is a true mentor!
When I don't believe something, I know I can trust her knowledge.
This Course Can Improve Your Health
AND Put Money In Your Pocket!
No matter if you are using too much marijuana in your cannabis edibles or not enough, you are wasting both weed and money.
If you are using more than you need, the dollars you spend on extra cannabis, usually the most expensive ingredient in your recipes, can be saved. Why add more if you respond better to less? Save the money and buy yourself something nice instead.
Conversely, if you did not use enough, you wasted the marijuana you did use, and the money you spent to buy it, and the time you spent to make the edibles because you did not get the relief or the effects you needed or wanted.
It’s true that making your own marijuana edibles can save you a bundle over those you can buy. With dispensary edibles costing $10-$20 a piece or more, this course can easily pay for itself with the first batch you make.
But for that savings to be truly meaningful the edibles you make MUST deliver the results you need. Otherwise what’s the point?
Once you learn the essential fundamentals of how to cook with marijuana, you WILL be able to create the edibles you need (or the people you are caring for need).
Making your own edibles puts you 100% in control:
- You will be able to medicate foods in the amounts that you personally need for your medical conditions and/or lifestyle so that you can save money on cannabis but still get the symptomatic relief you need. And if you don’t know how much you need, no worries. My course shows you how to figure that out.
- Vegetarian, vegan, keto, diabetic, gluten or lactose-free, etc, etc? No problem. You can turn the foods your diet requires into edibles, not to mention favorite family recipes. Your Aunt Marta’s enchiladas or Grandma’s mac and cheese? You can medicate those and a whole lot more.
Skip learning the fundamentals and you can end up wasting a lot of time and money trying to figure out what works and what doesn't. Sadly, a lot of people give up before they figure it out, falsely believing the marijuana is just too inconsistent and unpredictable to be reliable medicine.
It DOES NOT have to be that that way.
My course will save you time and money by fast tracking you to the fundamentals of cannabis cooking while teaching you how to become an edibles chef.
In fact, I guarantee it!
30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee!
Enroll now. With a 30-day Satisfaction guarantee you have everything to gain and nothing to lose, except stress and anxiety over making marijuana edibles.
Don’t waste any more time, money, or marijuana. With the information you gain, you could be whipping up a batch of delicious awesome edibles by tonight!

Don’t wait! Look at what past students have to say about this course
Newbies should definitely invest in this course.
This course contains a lot of useful information. I will refer back to the sections as I become more familiar/confident in cannabis cooking. I found the majority of topics so informative since I am new to cannabis cooking. Cheri is knowledgeable and she explains things so that they are easy to understand. She is easy to listen to and I like the recap at the end of the lessons
Cheri is a good and careful teacher that absolutely gave me more confidence and guidance that I needed.
I recently took 2 of the courses Cheri offers, Easy Cannabis Cooking for Home Cooks and her new Ultimate Guide to Gummies course. I consider myself a rather advanced intermediate and still found plenty to learn in both classes. Both courses had great content and the time and effort she put into the gummy class alone is just amazing. Also, I think the price of her classes is very much worth the content she covers.
I absolutely love the format. Videos are fairly short, but detailed.
If you have a few extra minutes here and there you can take a segment. What could you improve about the Cannabis Cooking Course? NOTHING... the course is perfect, that is why I am also taking the Topical Course.
Frequently Asked Questions
What happens after I enroll in the course?
You will get an email with an access link. Click that link and you can immediately start the lessons and access all the videos, the the tested recipes, and the course resources and handouts.
Do I need any special equipment to cook with cannabis?
Not at all. If you have an ordinary kitchen with ordinary kitchen equipment, you already have everything you need. A slow cooker is nice, but not essential. I am not a big believer in special equipment or unnecessary gadgets. Of course, it is assumed you have access to cannabis.
What if I have questions?
That first email you get is not a form letter! It is actually from me. Likewise, you will have my email address. If you have a question, just use that email to ask and I will do my best to answer. Go ahead. Try it out. Ask me anything (well OK, most anything and definitely anything about cannabis cooking). Sad as it may seem, this seems to be a BIG difference between me and some of the other cannabis trainings available. My students always seem shocked when they not only actually get an answer directly from me (unless I happen to be traveling in which case it's from my associate), they almost always get it in a day or less (if I happen to be at my computer when the question comes in, almost instantly).
Are there individual recipe demonstrations in the course?
I demonstrate how to cook with cannabis, so there are demonstrations of how to make marijuana butter and oil infusions using a number of different methods and techniques, and demonstrations of making kief. Once you have infusions and the basic principles of how to cook with marijuana down, such as proper temperatures, decarboxylation, and proper dosing, the rest is just cooking. So I do not demonstrate individual recipes as it is assumed you already know how to cook. However nearly 200 tasty tested medicated recipes are included with this course.
What if I am unhappy with the course?
I would NEVER want you to be unhappy! Likewise, the course comes with a full 30-day money-back guarantee. If you don’t like the course, if you don’t like edible marijuana, if you don’t like me (I so DO hope you like me, but even if you don’t), you can ask for your money back. That’s right you have nothing to lose and everything to gain.
What if I can’t afford the course?
If you like cannabis edibles, you can't afford not to take the course as it quickly pays for itself. Not only will you save a bundle over commercially produced edibles, you will get the foods you like in the doses you need.
What if I don’t have the time right now to complete the course or even start the course?
It doesn’t matter. Once enrolled, you get LIFETIME access to the course, including any future upgrades (and fair warning when we do big upgrades on courses, the price usually goes up, but once enrolled you don’t ever have to worry about that). You can access the course anytime it is convenient for you. Watch the lessons as many times you like, as often as you like. And since the course is broken down into short little lessons that are super easy to learn, even people with EXTREMELY busy schedules can work their way through it. You could even watch a lesson a day on your coffee break, should you choose.
Can I use more health-oriented ingredients than your recipes call for?
You can use any ingredients you like. The course is NOT about individual recipes. Instead, it teaches you how to cook with cannabis so that you have the power to successfully and therapeutically add cannabis to the foods/recipes that you like to eat. That is one of the big benefits of making your own, the edibles you create can be anything you want or need them to be. Once you understand the principles of how to successfully cook with cannabis, the options are pretty much limitless.

My Closing Thoughts
I hope you will join our like-minded community of cannabis home cooks because I know how profoundly edible cannabis changed my life.
Unlike a lot of people, I came late to the marijuana party. Other than the occasional toke at a social gathering, it did not become a regular part of my life until I was in my late 30s and my doctor recommended it for a chronic nausea problem. Well, it worked for that plus a whole lot of other issues that, at the time, I didn’t realize I was taking it for.
Lifelong gastrointestinal issues completely faded away and I was able to ditch a shopping bag of pharmaceuticals including asthma medicines and anti-depressants. It turns out the late great Dennis Peron (the father of medical marijuana in the US) was right when he said that “All use is medicinal.”
I created this course because I wish I had something like when I first started learning about cannabis. It would have saved me A TON of time, money, and frustration. But I am proud of the fact that it is doing just that for so many others now.
